The 30 60 90-Day Plan template is a tabular representation of short- and long-term objectives for a sales interview, allowing a sales representative to improve on their skills and abilities and to improve sales as a skill and ability. This template tracks an individual’s goals from Pre-Entry all the way to the Third Month, which is the 90-day mark. The 30 and 60-day marks help to establish more goals that finally progress to the final goals as presented in the 90-day period. 

This 30 60 90 template consists of slides with a table in the left column that lists different categories of measurable objectives (performance goals, learning goals, initiative goals, and personal goals). The table also includes the four main timeframes: Pre-Entry, First Month, Second Month, and Third Month. The table itself is gray, although the categories and titles have a blue gradient as their template color.
