Credits are the currency for the Creatos editor. Running an AI edit uses credits on every plan — the amount depends on which of the three AI models you choose, so more powerful models use more credits per edit. Exporting a deck you've edited costs 3 credits on Free and Access Lite. You'll always see the cost before you confirm. Unlimited plans include a credit allowance (10 credits with Unlimited Monthly, 120 with Unlimited Yearly and per seat on Team Pro+) and free exports, and anyone can buy more credits at any time.
There are two kinds of downloads. Downloading a template as-is from the website follows your plan: free templates are free for everyone, and premium templates require a membership (Access Lite includes 5 per month; Unlimited plans include unlimited). Exporting a deck you've edited in the Creatos editor is different — on Free and Access Lite it costs 3 credits per export, while Unlimited and Team Pro+ plans include it.

Yes, for AI edits — but Unlimited plans come loaded with them: 10 credits with Unlimited Monthly, and 120 credits with Unlimited Yearly (per seat on Team Pro+). Downloads never use credits on Unlimited plans — they're truly unlimited. If you use up your AI credits, you can buy more anytime.
Users can buy Unlimited Access plan subscriptions on a monthly or yearly plan. There are four main differences between the Unlimited Access Monthly and Unlimited Access Yearly Plans:
- Under Unlimited Access Monthly Plan, users will be billed each month and they will have an option to cancel the plan anytime they like- once they cancel, they will not be billed from the subsequent month post cancellation.
- Under the Unlimited Access Yearly Plan users will be billed once a year at a substantially lower price. Unlimited Access Yearly Plan users pay 38% lesser price compared to Unlimited Access Monthly Plan users
- Unlimited Access Yearly Plan users can add additional users to their plan at a nominal price of $1.99 per user per month.
- Under the Unlimited Access Monthly Plan, users get 10 AI credits as a one-time benefit, whereas Unlimited Access Yearly Plan users get 120 AI credits one-time — 12x more credits for yearly subscribers.
Yes, you get more than a 33% discount on yearly subscriptions. In addition , with the Unlimited Access Yearly Plan, you get further discounts on adding users to your plan as well as have free expert services bundled with the Unlimited Access Yearly Plan.

If you have an unlimited access yearly subscription and want to add a member, you'll automatically upgrade to our Teams Pro Plan. This plan allows you to add additional members for a very small fee of $1.99 per month.
If you subscribed for monthly billing, you are charged on a monthly basis. If you subscribed for yearly subscription, you are charged once a year.

Yes, you can cancel the subscription anytime. You will be able to access premium templates and the subscription privileges till the end of the paid subscription period, regardless of when you cancel the subscription during the period.
Given that it is a digital download platform, we cannot process a refund retroactively. You can cancel anytime to ensure that you are not charged for the next billing cycle.

Yes, if you have a multi user plan, if one or more of members in the multi-user plan no longer needs the subscription or leaves the organization, his subscription can be transferred to another user. This can be done directly via the portal under the "My Teams" section on your SlideUpLift Workspace There you can add. Delete or make them admin. You can also access team's dashboard on your profile page.
You can find them under the "Downloads" tab in your Profile section. Follow the below steps:
- Login with the registered email address
- Go to the profile menu and click on the download history link
The payment process is fully secured. We use Paypal & Stripe's Payment gateway, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your payments.
You can choose the membership to be recurring or not. If you leave auto renew unchecked during the check out process, the membership will not renew and there will be no corresponding recurring charge on your card. The users who decide to auto renew will be notified about the renewal 2 weeks in advance of its expiration. You can choose to cancel at that time as well.
